Terms of Service

The rules for using Synvora. Please read them before you use the service.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Agreement

By using Synvora you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

  • Accounts are created by an administrator. You cannot sign up on your own.
  • You are responsible for your password, your keys and everything done with them. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. The service

Synvora lets your backend publish events and your clients subscribe to them in real time. Delivery is best-effort: a publish that we accept is attempted to clients that are connected and authorized at that moment. We do not guarantee that any client receives or processes an event, and we do not store events, so missed events cannot be replayed.

4. Plans, limits and changes

Each organization has a plan with limits such as projects, connections, daily message operations, publish rate, payload size and history. We enforce those limits and may apply additional safety limits to protect the service. Plans and limits can be changed by us or adjusted for your account by an administrator. Where a change materially affects you we will tell you in advance whenever practical.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Synvora to break the law, infringe rights, send malware or harass anyone;
  • attempt to bypass limits, isolation or authentication, or probe the service for weaknesses without our written permission;
  • share secret keys publicly, or put them in browser code;
  • interfere with the service or other customers, or resell it without our agreement;
  • use it for life-critical or safety-critical purposes where a missed event could cause harm.

6. Your data and content

You own the data you send through Synvora and you are responsible for having the right to send it. We process it only to deliver it to your subscribers. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle account and usage information.

7. Suspension and deactivation

We may limit, suspend or deactivate an account, project or key if we reasonably believe these terms are breached, security is at risk, or the law requires it. A deactivated account keeps its configuration, and the same setup can be restored when it is reactivated. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

8. Availability

We work to keep Synvora reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the service currently comes without an uptime commitment. We may perform maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or data, or for events not delivered. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim, or to a nominal amount if you paid nothing.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the service or your breach of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If you keep using Synvora after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction, unless the law of your location requires otherwise.

13. Contact
