1. Best-effort live delivery
When we accept a published event, we attempt to push it to clients that are connected and authorized at that moment. That is all we promise. We do not guarantee that a client receives, displays or processes it, or how quickly.
2. Nothing is stored
Event contents are not saved. A client that is offline, reconnecting or slow can miss events and we cannot replay them. Design your app to refresh its state from your own backend after reconnecting.
3. Do not rely on it for critical safety
- Do not use Synvora as the only channel for life-critical, safety-critical or legally required notices.
- Treat a successful publish response as "accepted and attempted", never as "received by everyone".
4. Availability and changes
The service can be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or failures outside our control. It currently has no uptime commitment. Features, limits and plans may change.
5. No professional advice
Documentation and examples are provided for convenience and are not legal, security or engineering advice for your particular system. Review them against your own requirements.
6. Third parties
Synvora is an independent service. Names of other products mentioned on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe them.
