Acceptable Use

Synvora is shared infrastructure. These rules keep it safe, fair and reliable for everyone.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Lawful use only

Use Synvora only for lawful purposes and in line with the laws that apply to you and your users. Do not use it to send content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, harassing or malicious, or to deliver malware or phishing.

2. Protect your keys

  • Secret keys belong on your servers only. Never put them in browser code, mobile apps or public repositories.
  • Use public keys and short-lived tokens for browsers, and restrict allowed origins.
  • Rotate or revoke a key immediately if you think it has leaked. You are responsible for activity under your keys.

3. Respect the platform

  • Do not try to bypass plan limits, rate limits, isolation between projects, or authentication.
  • Do not create extra accounts, projects or keys to avoid limits.
  • Do not run load or penetration tests without our written permission.
  • Do not interfere with other customers or the stability of the service.

4. Fair use of capacity

Plans describe what you can use. We may throttle or pause traffic that threatens the service, for example sudden connection storms or publishing far beyond your plan. We will try to contact you first when it is safe to do so.

5. Enforcement

We may limit, suspend or deactivate a project, key or account that breaks this policy. See the Terms of Service for details. To report abuse, reply to any email from us or use the request access page.
